SnapLedger provides multiple intuitive ways to help you understand your cash flow:

• Clean Calendar View: Instantly view daily income and expenses on a simple calendar interface, easily grasp your financial status

• Visual Charts: View expense distribution through pie charts, analyze monthly trends with bar charts, all at a glance

• Monthly Trend Analysis: Automatically generate monthly comparison reports, track income, expenses, and net balance changes

• Category Statistics: View detailed expense ratios by category (such as dining, transportation, shopping, etc.)

All data is presented in simple, easy-to-understand chart formats, allowing you to easily control your complete financial picture.

SnapLedger's AI recognition technology is very powerful and supports:

• Paper Receipts: Various types of paper receipts from restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc.

• Digital Bills: Screenshots of bills from any app can be shared with SnapLedger for recognition

• Invoices: Official invoices and receipts

• Blurry Images: Even blurry coffee receipts or detailed shopping lists can be processed accurately

From photo capture to data entry takes just seconds. AI automatically extracts key information like merchant, amount, date, etc., making bookkeeping unprecedentedly simple.

SnapLedger's one-tap email sharing feature makes sending professional reports extremely simple, in just 3 steps:

Step 1 - Send Email: In the data export interface, select the time range to share (such as past week)

Step 2 - Email Preview: The system automatically generates a professional email containing transaction reports, displaying summary statistics and detailed transaction information

Step 3 - Excel Attachment: Automatically generates a complete Excel spreadsheet attachment with all transaction details

The entire process requires no manual formatting. With one tap, you can send to clients, accountants, or family members, greatly saving time and effort.

SnapLedger provides automatic cloud backup functionality:

• Data automatically syncs to cloud servers

• When switching devices, simply log in with the same account to restore data

• Manual backup can be triggered in settings

• Supports exporting data to local files

We recommend regularly checking backup status to ensure data security.

SnapLedger requires the following permissions to provide full functionality:

• Camera Permission: For taking photos of receipts for AI recognition

• Photo Library Permission: To access existing photos for recognition

• Notification Permission: To send bookkeeping reminders and important notifications

• Network Permission: To sync data and use AI recognition services

All permissions are used solely for app functionality. We strictly protect user privacy and will not access unrelated information.

Subscription management and refunds are handled through Apple:

1. Open iPhone Settings → Tap your name → Subscriptions

2. Find SnapLedger subscription and tap it

3. Select "Cancel Subscription"

For refund requests:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Sign in with your Apple ID

3. Find the relevant purchase and request a refund
