next4.ai (hereinafter referred to as "Next4ai") hereby reminds you (User) to carefully read this SnapLedger Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") before registering as a user to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your registration, login, use and other actions will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between Next4ai and User regarding SnapLedger Software Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). "User" means an individual who registers, logs in, or uses the Service. This Agreement may be updated by Next4ai from time to time. The updated terms and conditions of this Agreement will supersede the original terms and conditions upon publication without prior notice. Users can access the latest terms and conditions of this Agreement on this website. After Next4ai modifies the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, the user shall immediately stop using the services provided by Next4ai, and the user's continued use of the services provided by Next4ai shall be deemed to have accepted the modified terms.
Account Registration
Users are required to register a SnapLedger account before using the service. SnapLedger accounts can be registered using one of the following methods:
(1) Traditional email registration: Users can register using a valid email address that has not yet been registered with SnapLedger accounts, as well as any email address that has not been blocked by Next4ai under this Agreement.
(2) Google Sign-In: Users can create and access their account using their existing Google account credentials. By using Google Sign-In, users authorize Next4ai to receive basic profile information (name, email address, and unique user identifier) from Google.
(3) Apple Sign-In: Users can create and access their account using their Apple ID. By using Apple Sign-In, users authorize Next4ai to receive basic profile information (name, email address or private relay email, and unique user identifier) from Apple. Users may choose to hide their email address using Apple's private relay feature.
Next4ai can make changes to the way accounts are registered and bound based on user needs or product needs without prior notice to the user.
1. When the user completes the registration through any of the above methods, the user agrees to Next4ai to process and analyze their financial data and images for the purpose of providing AI-powered accounting services.
2. When users register and use the Service, Next4ai shall collect personal information that can identify users so that Next4ai can contact users when necessary or provide users with a better use experience. The information collected by Next4ai includes but is not limited to the user's name, email address, gender, and profession. For users registering through Google or Apple Sign-In, Next4ai will also receive authentication information from these third-party services. Next4ai agrees that the use of such information will be limited to the protection of the User's Personal Privacy Information in Article 3.
3. Users who register through Google or Apple Sign-In acknowledge and agree that their use of these third-party authentication services is subject to Google's and Apple's respective terms of service and privacy policies. Next4ai is not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
4. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google or Apple account if they choose to use third-party sign-in methods. Any activity that occurs through your account after authentication will be considered your responsibility.
Service Content
The specific contents of the Service shall be provided by Next4ai according to the actual situation, including but not limited to AI-powered image recognition for personal accounting, expense tracking, financial data management, and related accounting services through their accounts. Next4ai may make changes to the Services provided by Next4ai, and the content of the Services provided by Next4ai may change from time to time; Users will be notified by Next4ai of service changes.
Permissions Required (including but not limited to, please refer to SnapLedger Privacy Policy for details)
1.Photo albums
When you upload photos for AI image recognition and expense tracking, we will need you to open the access to album, so as to provide you with the service of processing and analyzing receipt images.
2.The camera
When you need to take photos of receipts and documents for AI recognition, we will require you to enable the access to the camera, so as to provide you with the service of capturing and processing images.
3. Notifications
We will require you to enable notification permissions in order to provide you with real-time expense tracking reminders and financial insights.
4. Cellular mobile data
We will require you to enable cellular mobile data permissions in order to provide network services and AI processing capabilities to you.
User Privacy Information Protection
1. In the process of registering an account or using the Service, users may need to fill in or submit some necessary information, such as identity information required by laws, regulations and normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"). If the information submitted by the user is incomplete or does not comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, the user may not be able to use the Service or be restricted in the process of using the Service. For users registering through Google or Apple Sign-In, certain information will be automatically provided by these third-party services upon your authorization.
2. Personal privacy information refers to the user's personal identity or personal privacy information, such as the user's real name, identity information, email address, mobile phone number, mobile device identification code, IP address, user chat records, and authentication credentials from third-party services like Google or Apple. Non-personal privacy information refers to the basic record information, other general information beyond the scope of personal privacy information, which is clearly and objectively reflected in the Next4ai server, such as the user's operation status and usage habits of the service, and the above private information that the user agrees to disclose.
3. It is Next4ai's consistent policy to respect the privacy of users' personal information. Next4ai will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security of users' personal privacy information and prevent disclosure, damage or loss of users' personal privacy information collected in the Service. In the event of the occurrence of the foregoing or Next4ai's discovery of the possibility of the occurrence of the foregoing, remedial actions will be taken promptly.
(1) Next4ai provides users' personal privacy information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or the instructions of competent authorities;
(2) Disclosure of any personal information caused by the user informing others of his/her user password or sharing his/her registered account and password with others, or disclosure of other personal privacy information not caused by Next4ai;
(3) Users disclose their personal privacy information to a third party;
(4) Users, Next4ai and its partners reach an agreement on the use and disclosure of users' personal privacy information, so Next4ai discloses users' personal privacy information to its partners;
(5) Any disclosure of users' personal privacy information due to hacker attack, computer virus invasion or other force majeure events.
5. User agrees that Next4ai may use the user's personal privacy information in the following matters:
(1) Next4ai sends important notices to Users in a timely manner, such as software updates and changes in terms of this Agreement;
(2) Next4ai conducts internal audit, data analysis and research to improve Next4ai's products, services and communication with users;
(3) Next4ai shall manage and review user information and take measures to deal with it in accordance with this Agreement;
(4) the relevant measures in the Privacy Agreement
(5) Other matters stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
Except for the above, Next4ai will not use the user's personal privacy information for any other purpose without the user's prior consent.
In order to improve Next4ai's technology and services and provide users with a better service experience, Next4ai may collect, use or provide users' non-personal privacy information to third parties.
The Contents Specification
1. Content published by SnapLedger refers to any content produced, copied, published or transmitted during the use of the SnapLedger Platform, including but not limited to account picture, name, user description and other registration information and other information, or text, voice, picture, video, text and text messages sent or replied to and related link pages. And other content generated using the SnapLedger account or SnapLedger platform.
2. User accounts: please properly manage your own accounts and devices, abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement, and properly manage and use the account related permissions, the use of account to upload to the SnapLedger platform contents (including but not limited to articles, words, comments, ideas, audios, videos, photos, emoticons, etc.) that the user enjoys legal rights and interests. Users shall bear all legal liabilities in case of any rights disputes in connection with the published content or the published content infringes the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
3. Don't publish content that is contrary to national laws and regulations. In accordance with national laws, regulations and relevant policies, users shall not create, upload, publish or disseminate any content on the SnapLedger platform or in the name of SnapLedger users on other media production platforms that is contrary to the following requirements:
(1) Opposing the basic principles set forth in the Constitution;
(2) endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity;
(3) Injure the honor and interests of the State;
(4) inciting national hatred or discrimination and undermining national unity;
(5) Those who undermine the religious policies of the state and propagate evil cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorist information or instigating crimes;
(8) insulting or slandering others or infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Information that contains other content prohibited by laws, regulations and policies.
4. In order to maintain the normal operation of SnapLedger and the good experience of users, users shall not publish vulgar, private or purely commercial advertising content, including but not limited to the following:
(1) Contains any sexual or sexual innuendo and any other vulgar information;
(2) Harassment and spam;
(3) Any information involving others' privacy, personal information or data;
(4) Any information that infringes others' right of reputation, right of portrait, intellectual property, trade secrets and other legal rights;
(5) Information that interferes with the normal operation of SnapLedger and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users.
5. Next4ai is the holder of SnapLedger operation right and the intellectual property right holder of related products, logos and related software. The aforementioned intellectual property rights, including but not limited to program code, interface design, layout framework, data, accounts, text, pictures, graphics, charts, audio, video, commercial signs, etc. shall be enjoyed by their owners, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
6.In order to maintain the stable operation of SnapLedger and ensure the quality of user experience, no one shall automate or publish spam information on SnapLedger without the prior written permission of SnapLedger; Automated behavior refers to the behavior of publishing articles, information, comments, private messages, headlines or paying attention, thumb up or grabbing data by users themselves or by entrusting others with automatic means or with significantly different frequency from ordinary people and far higher than normal users. Spam refers to marketing information, meaningless information or selling followers published in articles, messages, comments, private messages, account information, headline articles and group chat contents by using SnapLedger (including the SnapLedger accounts registered in bulk by cheating, ordinary SnapLedger accounts, etc.) without SnapLedger's consent.
7.User acknowledges and agrees that SnapLedger has the right to determine whether the user account behavior constitutes automatic behavior and whether the information posted by the user account is spam by means of testing and verification in accordance with the Technical Rules, and to take relevant measures to deal with such behavior. All data and information (including but not limited to account operation record, article content, recomment and praise, etc.) based on all processing measures shall be subject to SnapLedger background records.
Account Management
1. The ownership of the SnapLedger account shall be owned by Next4ai. Upon completion of the application for registration (whether through email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In), the user shall obtain the right to use the SnapLedger account, which shall only belong to the initial applicant. Next4ai shall have the right to withdraw the user's SnapLedger account due to its business needs.
2. Users can change or delete personal information, registration information and transmission contents in the SnapLedger account, but it should be noted that the text and pictures stored in the system will also be deleted when the relevant information is deleted. This risk is borne by the user. For accounts created through Google or Apple Sign-In, certain profile information may be automatically updated from these services.
3. Users shall be responsible for keeping their registered account information and credentials safe. For traditional email accounts, users are responsible for password security. For accounts using Google or Apple Sign-In, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google or Apple account credentials. Users shall be liable for account theft or credential theft due to improper keeping of the account. Users need to be responsible for the actions under the registered account. Users agree not to use other users' accounts or credentials under any circumstances. The user agrees to immediately notify Next4ai when the user suspects that another person is using their account.
4. User shall abide by the terms of this Agreement and use the Service correctly and appropriately. If User violates any terms of this Agreement, Next4ai shall have the right to interrupt or terminate the service provided to User's SnapLedger account in accordance with this Agreement upon notifying User. At the same time, Next4ai reserves the right to take back SnapLedger account and user name at any time.
Data Storage
1. Next4ai shall not be responsible for the user's failure to delete or save relevant data in the Service.
2. Next4ai can decide the maximum storage period of users' data in the Service and allocate the maximum storage space for users on the server according to the actual situation. Users can back up the relevant data in the service according to their own needs.
Next4ai may permanently delete the User's data from the server if the User ceases to use the Service or the Service terminates. Next4ai shall not be obliged to return any data to the User after the cessation or termination of the Service.
Risk Acceptance
1. Users understand and agree that SnapLedger only provides a platform for users to share, transmit and obtain information, and users shall be responsible for all actions under their registered accounts, including any content transmitted by users and any consequences arising therefrom. Users shall make their own judgment on the contents of SnapLedger and the Service and bear all risks arising from the use of the contents, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the contents. Next4ai cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising as a result of User's actions. If the User finds that any person violates this Agreement or uses the Service in any other improper way, he/she shall immediately report or complain to Next4ai, and Next4ai shall deal with the matter in accordance with this Agreement.
2. User understands and agrees that Next4ai reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, terminate or cancel all or part of the Service content due to the need of business development, at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property Declaration
1. In addition to this service is involved in the intellectual property rights by corresponding advertisers have advertising, Next4ai at this service is provided in the content (including but not limited to web pages, text, images, audio, video, graphics, etc.) of the intellectual property rights are owned by Next4ai, but users before using this service to your content has been lawfully obtained unless the intellectual property rights.
2. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the copyright, patent and other intellectual property rights of the software on which Next4ai provides the Service are owned by Next4ai.
3. Next4ai shall own the copyright or trademark rights of the graphics, words or their composition, and other Next4ai logos, products and service names (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Next4ai Logo") involved in the Service. Without the prior written consent of Next4ai, the user shall not display, use or otherwise dispose of the Next4ai logo in any way, nor shall it indicate to others that the user has the right to display, use or otherwise dispose of the Next4ai logo.
The aforementioned and any other intellectual property rights lawfully owned by Next4ai or the Advertiser concerned are protected by law, and without the written permission of Next4ai or the Advertiser concerned, the User may not use or create derivative works in any form.
Legal Liability
1. if Next4ai finds or receives any report or complaint or the user violates this agreement, the Next4ai shall have the right at any time without further notice to review or delete the related content, including but not limited to, user profiles, chat logs, and depending on the seriousness of the violation, deal with it (including but not limited to, warning, account banned penalty, equipment banned, function banned), and inform the user of the processing result.
2. Users who are banned due to violation of the user privacy agreement can check the ban period by themselves and unseal themselves after the expiration of the ban period. Among them, the users who have been banned will automatically resume the banned functions after the expiration of the banned period. Blocked users can submit an appeal to the relevant pages of the Next4ai website. Next4ai will review the appeal and decide whether to change the punishment measures at its own reasonable judgment.
3. The user understands and agrees that, Next4ai shall have the right to, in its reasonable judgment, impose punishment on violations of the relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, take appropriate legal action against any user in violation, keep relevant information reported to the relevant departments according to the laws and regulations, with the user in violation bearing all the legal liabilities.
4. User understands and agrees that User shall indemnify Next4ai and its cooperative companies and affiliates against and hold them harmless from any claim, demand or loss, including reasonable attorney's fee, claimed by any third party arising out of or arising out of User's breach of provisions hereof.
Force Majeure and Other Exemptions
1. Users understand and acknowledge that the Service may be interrupted due to force majeure and other risk factors during the use of the Service. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events that have a major impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as wars, disturbances and government actions. In case of any of the above, Next4ai will make efforts to cooperate with relevant units in the first time and make timely repairs. However, Next4ai and its partners shall be exempted from liability to the extent permitted by law for any loss caused to users or third parties.
2. The Service, like most Internet services, is affected by factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment and other factors, and may be disturbed by various security issues, such as the use of users' information by others, resulting in harassment in real life; Other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited by users contain "Trojan horses" and other viruses, which threaten the security of users' computer information and data, and then affect the normal use of the Service. Users should strengthen the awareness of information security and the protection of user data, and pay attention to strengthen password protection to avoid loss and harassment.
3. Users understand and acknowledge that Next4ai shall not be liable for any losses caused to the user or any third party due to service interruption or inability to meet the requirement of the users since this service is subject to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, unstable system, the location of the user, the user shutdown as well as the interruption of any other technology, such as the Internet and communication lines.
4. Users understand and acknowledge that Next4ai assumes no liability for any losses caused to the user or any third party arising from, or in connection with, the user’s reliance on misleading, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal information in the process of using this service, or infringement of the rights of others to remain anonymous or pseudonymous information, as well as other actions in connection with such information.
5. User understands and acknowledges that Next4ai is required to overhaul or maintain the SnapLedger Platform or related equipment on a regular or irregular basis and that Next4ai shall not be liable for any interruption of the Service within a reasonable period of time as a result of such circumstance, provided that Next4ai shall give notice in advance.
6. Next4ai is entitled to deal with violations or breaches of laws and regulations in accordance with the provisions hereof, which shall not constitute an obligation or commitment of Next4ai, and Next4ai cannot guarantee that any violations or breaches shall be detected or dealt with in a timely manner.
7. Users understand and acknowledge that Next4ai shall not be liable for any quality defects or any loss arising from the following products or services provided by Next4ai to users:
(1) Services provided by Next4ai to Users free of charge;
(2) Any products or services presented by Next4ai to Users.
In no event shall Next4ai be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or penal damages, including loss of profits suffered by User as a result of the use of SnapLedger or the Service (even if Next4ai has been advised of the possibility of such loss). Notwithstanding any contrary provisions contained in this Agreement, Next4ai's total liability to User, for whatever reason or for whatever manner of conduct, shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid to Next4ai by User for the use of the Services provided by Next4ai.
Changes, Interruptions, Terminations of Services
1. In view of the particularity of network services, User agrees that Next4ai has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the services (including the paid services) at any time. If Next4ai changes, interrupts or terminates the Service, Next4ai shall notify the User prior to the change, interrupts or terminates the Service, and shall provide the affected User with an equivalent alternative Service.
2. Next4ai shall have the right to change, interrupt or terminate the free or paid services provided to the User without any liability to the User or any third party under any of the following circumstances:
(1) The user is required to submit true information according to the law, but the personal information provided by the user is not true or inconsistent with the registration information and fails to provide reasonable proof;
(2) Users violate relevant laws and regulations or provisions hereof;
(3) in accordance with legal provisions or requirements of competent authorities;
(4) For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.
Others
1. Next4ai solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the provisions in this Agreement which exempt Next4ai from liability and restrict users' rights. Users are kindly asked to read it carefully and consider risks on their own. Minors should be accompanied by legal guardians to read this agreement.
2. The validity, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute or dispute between user and Next4ai shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court of pudong new district of Shanghai for jurisdiction.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
